Return Air Filters are located at a return filter grill, above the furnace-like pictured above, or in a designated cabinet. Clean filters are a must. That is why at Queen City Heating & Cooling we make sure you can find them in your new furnace. Most people don’t know but your factory warranty can actually be void if proper seasonal maintenance is not performed. This includes changing your air filter.
