The Queen City Heating and Cooling VIP Plan is simple: pay a yearly fee of $175, and we’ll conduct our 32 Point Yearly Service Check. We’ll conduct a thorough checkup on both your heater and air conditioner, and carry out a comprehensive list of maintenance tasks. Aside from that, you also enjoy a variety of additional perks that apply year-around to our other services.

The 32 Point Yearly Service Check

With our VIP Plan, you’ll not only get a comprehensive yearly maintenance service, but also a litany of other benefits that you can apply to our other services, such as HVAC repair and indoor air quality services.

  • Cleaning of blower wheel
  • Cleaning of blower compartment
